Nutrition and Meals

Our caregivers assist with grocery shopping and meal prep with a focus on ensuring a healthy balanced diet.

Companionship

Our caregivers are available to spend quality social time to connect with individuals. This can be through music, looking through photo albums, or just visiting over coffee. Our caregivers love spending time doing things to help enrich your loved one’s life.

Homemaking / Housekeeping

Our caregivers organize and maintain your home with an eye for safety. AHC attendants ease the burden of maintaining a clean and orderly home by assisting with household chores like vacuuming, dusting, laundry, changing bed linens, doing the dishes, watering plants, and taking out garbage, to name a few.

Transportation

Our caregivers offer transportation services, in our car or yours, for both medical and non-medical needs.

Activities and Exercise

Our caregivers assist with exercise for the body and the mind. We also provide mobility assistance and transfers when physical abilities begin to decline.

Errands

Our caregivers regularly run errands to places like the pharmacy, grocery store, post office, or even get your pet to the vet. Things you need done, picked up, or dropped off, we are more than happy to take care of for you or with you.
