Our Story

Stacy Stark, a longtime resident of Ames, founded Ames Home Care. Stacy and her children and proud to have called Ames home for more than 15 years. Their fondness for the people and Stacy’s 33 years working in the healthcare industry before starting Ames Home Care contributed to Stacy’s desire to start her company to give back to the community. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Management with a minor in Gerontology from Metropolitan University in Denver and completed her Master’s training at the University of Colorado.

Our Mission is to provide high-quality, client-centered home care services to assist our clients in maintaining their dignity & independence while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. We strive to be the service provider and employer of choice in the community.
